OREGON CONSUMER PRIVACY NOTICE

This Oregon Consumer Privacy Notice supplements the AmeriList Privacy Policy and explains how AmeriList, Inc. processes personal data relating to Oregon residents in accordance with the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), ORS 646A.570 through 646A.589.

WHO WE ARE

AmeriList, Inc. is a marketing services and data brokerage company that helps businesses identify and reach prospective customers through direct mail, email marketing, telemarketing, customer acquisition, audience analysis, and related marketing services.

AmeriList generally does not compile consumer databases directly. Instead, AmeriList licenses, brokers, processes, enhances, segments, and facilitates access to consumer and business information obtained from third party data owners, data compilers, public record sources, marketing partners, and other lawful data providers.

AUTHORIZED AGENTS

An Oregon resident may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on the resident's behalf. AmeriList may request documentation reasonably necessary to verify the agent's authority.

APPEALS PROCESS

If AmeriList declines to take action regarding a privacy request, the consumer may appeal that decision by submitting a written appeal within 45 days of receiving the decision.

CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

If AmeriList materially changes the purposes for which personal data is processed, or materially changes how sensitive personal data is processed, AmeriList will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before using personal data for the new purpose.

AUTHORIZED AGENT REQUESTS

Consumers may designate an authorized agent to exercise privacy rights on their behalf where permitted by applicable law.

Authorized agents may be required to provide written authorization signed by the consumer, proof of authority to act on behalf of the consumer, or other documentation reasonably necessary to verify the request.

AmeriList reserves the right to contact the consumer directly to confirm authorization and verify identity before processing certain requests.
