This Oregon Consumer Privacy Notice supplements the AmeriList Privacy Policy and explains how AmeriList, Inc. processes personal data relating to Oregon residents in accordance with the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), ORS 646A.570 through 646A.589.
AmeriList, Inc. is a marketing services and data brokerage company that helps businesses identify and reach prospective customers through direct mail, email marketing, telemarketing, customer acquisition, audience analysis, and related marketing services.
AmeriList generally does not compile consumer databases directly. Instead, AmeriList licenses, brokers, processes, enhances, segments, and facilitates access to consumer and business information obtained from third party data owners, data compilers, public record sources, marketing partners, and other lawful data providers.
